Summary

I can offer you an exact 3d representation of your interior design.

I can work off minimal input, even sketches, pdf floor plans, inspo pics, etc.

Don't have CAD, no problem.

Process

Have a meeting, understand the challenges you are facing, to determine a solution.

I will need some kind of floor plan to start with., CAD or pdf, or sketch drawings.

Any inspo pics you may have, or selection, materials, products, etc. links to website.

I 3d model the room in my 3d software, walls, windows, doors, ceiling, etc.

I 3d model, kitchen cabinets, and I start to source ready made 3d models, of hardware, plumbing & lighting fixtures, appliances, sometimes these can not be found or purchased from 3rd parties, then I 3d model this stuff myself.

I add the 3d model I created into my 3d rendering software.

I start to create textures/materials, I use images from websites as a starting point and then I process them in Photoshop.

I start to build the lighting for the 3d scene and start tinkering with render settings.

I start cracking out 3d renderings.

Then I do some post processing techniques with the renderings, to make them look even better.

I send you the renderings, so you can review the work, and then once you have presented to your client, you get back to me with your revisions, and then I update the 3d renderings.
