I design and build backend systems and APIs end-to-end — data models, server logic, deployment, and everything in between. I built and deployed rnwsolicitors.com from scratch: Django backend, Angular frontend, a custom admin interface so the client could manage enquiries without touching code, hosted and maintained on AWS. At MAIA Tech Systems I built a scalable backend using Python and AWS for real-time user interactions and secure task execution. At Sovrun I lead server-side development including matchmaking logic, secure API routing, and data replication for highly concurrent, low-latency environments. I'm comfortable working across the stack: Django and Node.js for the API layer, PostgreSQL for data, AWS (EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB) for hosting and infrastructure, and C++/Python when performance or automation is the bottleneck.
