About this service

Summary

I offer professional interior visualization services that transform your design ideas into photorealistic images, providing a clear and immersive view of potential interior spaces. My approach uniquely combines artistic vision with technical precision, utilizing state-of-the-art rendering techniques to ensure each visualization not only meets but exceeds client expectations. This service is ideal for designers, architects, and real estate professionals looking to showcase their projects in the most visually appealing way possible.

Process

Here's a detailed step-by-step process that outlines how I'll work on your furniture modeling and visualization project:

Initial Consultation:

Discuss the project scope, objectives, and any specific requirements with the client.

Understand your style preferences and functional needs for the furniture.

Gathering Information:

Collect all necessary documents from you, including technical drawings, sketches, material specifications, and photos of the intended space.

Obtain additional details such as floor plans, interior design preferences, and any specific themes or styles the client wishes to incorporate.

Concept Development:

Develop initial concepts based on the information provided, including any pre-existing concepts that the client may have submitted as part of the technical assignment.

Create rough sketches or mood boards to establish the visual direction and confirm it with the client. Note: Often, clients provide a ready-made concept, which is a part of the technical assignment. However, sometimes a client requires the development of this stage. Therefore, this service is charged separately and is agreed upon individually with the client at the start of the project.

Detailed 3D Modeling (ST1):

Construct a detailed 3D model of the interior space. This includes accurate representations of architectural features, furniture, and fixtures as per the agreed design.

Setup camera angles and lighting as per the client’s requirements to best capture the essence of the space.

Material Application and Preliminary Rendering (ST2):

Apply high-quality materials and textures to the 3D model to simulate realistic surface properties and aesthetics.

Produce initial renders to give the client a preview of the space. This phase allows for early feedback and ensures that any necessary changes can be addressed before final rendering.

Final Adjustments and High-Resolution Rendering (ST3):

Refine textures, based on client feedback. Adjustments are made to perfect the visual details and overall ambiance of the interior.

Final Render (ST4):

Deliver the final high-quality renders in the desired formats.

Provide all necessary files for production or further processing, if required.
