How many years of experience do you have?
I have over 21 years of experience. I have worked directly for law firms on Civil and Criminal cases and have conducted extensive interviews and investigations of witnesses and experts, in Civil and Criminal Cases. I have been retained as a jury consultant and participate and coach in areas related to deposition preparation.
Do you perform Paralegal work
Yes. I provide both the research and the drafting of legal documents, including contracts.
Do you require a retainer
Generally, yes. The retainer funding depends upon the scope of the work. In general, the minimal retainer for investigative and research is based on my fee schedule. • The minimum retainer is $500. Routine, non-express motions and pleadings do not require a retainer, but are due net 7 days from delivery. • Investigative work and interviews of witnesses and experts will usually require $1500.00, in addition to travel expenses. • Retainers are made with PayPal and final billing for ongoing projects are completed within my portfolio site, with Stripe.
