In general, the minimal retainer for investigative and research is based on my fee schedule.
• The minimum retainer is $500. Routine, non-express motions and pleadings do not require a retainer, but are due net 7 days from delivery.
• Investigative work and interviews of witnesses and experts will usually require $1500.00, in addition to travel expenses.
• Retainers are made with PayPal and final billing for ongoing projects are completed within my portfolio site, with Stripe.
