Process

Discovery Call: This is a free call that takes place prior to starting any projects. The goal is to get a high level overview over your site, your requirements, and set the stage for the scope of the project.
Strategy Session: We'll start a project with a second call to dive deeper into your site's goals and requirements. We explore things like your brand or product's target audience, your core offers and messaging, design directions, and sitemap.
Initial Design and Messaging: I will get to work on the site, while you provide me with the copy your site needs. This can be as simple as transferring existing copy, or doing further work together to create compelling copy that speaks to your audience.
Design Revisions: We will go over as many design revisions as we need and agree to on the scope to ensure your design is requirement and pixel-perfect. We will use Loom videos and Slack to communicate through revisions.
Site Handoff: At the end of the project you receive a remix link of the Framer site so you can publish it, and all the assets created through our work together. I will help you link a custom domain and launch the site.
7-day Post-Launch Support: After launching your site, I offer a 7-day complimentary site maintenance and support to ensure your site launch is a success.

  • What happens if I don't like the design?

    We work diligently together in the design process to ensure the design aligns with your vision at every step of the process. Because designing is a collaborative process, I offer 2 revisions with every project, and more revisions at an additional cost.

  • How will we communicate?

    We will use Loom to communicate asynchronously, but you will also get a designated Slack channel to communicate through the project. I aim to get back to all messages within 24 hours.

  • How do you take payment?

    Because every project requires me to book calendar time for your project, I take 50% of the project cost at the start and 50%, prior to launch, at the end.
