Process

Discovery call (video): During this call, we’ll discuss about your business, key objectives for the website, and any specific requirements or challenges. This is also an opportunity to clarify timelines, budgets, and expectations, ensuring alignment from the start. This is the best approach to have a clear mutual understanding of the project’s scope and direction, and a decision on whether we’re a great match to work together.

Strategy Development Based on insights from the Discovery call, I’ll develop a project brief that outlines the main objectives, target audience, design direction, content structure, and key milestones.

Wireframing & Concept Development Map out the website’s structure and create low-fidelity wireframes to establish a user-friendly layout.

Content Creation & SEO Setup Optimized copy for each page and SEO setups, including meta tags and image alt text.

High-Fidelity Design in Figma Create polished, brand-aligned mockups with finalised colors, typography, and visuals. Revision Policy: During development, clients can request up to three rounds of revisions after the initial build, focusing on functionality, responsiveness, and design consistency.

Webflow / Development Build a fully responsive, high-performance website in Webflow, integrating animations, interactions, and CMS if applicable. Revisions (up to three) based on feedback, ensuring satisfaction with the final product.

Launch & Post-Launch Support A launch-ready website, project files, and a post-launch support period for adjustments and training on Webflow CMS management.
