Before anything gets made I spend time inside your world. I analyse your ad library and your top competitors using Minea and Pletor to build a full competitor creative mood board, what angles they're running, what's been beaten to death, and where the gap is. I use Motion for creative analytics to understand what's performing and why. I then go into your customer reviews, ad comments, and buyer language to understand exactly how your customer thinks, what pain they feel daily, and what would make them stop scrolling.
