We begin with a Kickoff Meeting Summary, outlining the goals, timeline, and team responsibilities established during the initial session. This is followed by Stakeholder Interviews to gather insight from key decision-makers and contributors. We then create User Personas that represent your target audience’s goals, frustrations, and motivations, as well as User Journey Maps that visualize their path through your site or app. A Competitive Analysis will be conducted to identify gaps and opportunities based on how similar platforms operate. With this information, we build an Information Architecture or site map that structures your content in a logical flow. A Features & Functionality List is documented to define what your product will include, and we wrap up this phase with a UX Strategy Brief summarizing all insights and decisions.

This phase includes the delivery of Low-Fidelity Wireframes for key pages in desktop and mobile formats, focusing on structure and layout rather than visuals. A Clickable Prototype is developed using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to demonstrate how the user will interact with the interface. UX Annotations are included to explain the purpose and behavior of each component. If user testing is part of the scope, we’ll collect and integrate User Feedback, refining the wireframes before moving into visual design. Accessibility Considerations are also addressed early on to ensure an inclusive experience.

Using insights from the previous stages, we craft High-Fidelity UI Mockups that show the complete visual direction, including color, typography, and imagery. These designs are built to be Responsive, with layouts tailored for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. We also develop a Visual Component Library with consistent UI elements like buttons, form fields, cards, and menus. A Design System or UI Style Guide is included, detailing design rules such as color palettes, font usage, spacing, and UI behaviors. We offer up to two to three Rounds of Design Revisions based on client feedback. Upon approval, all Final Design Files are shared in formats like Figma, XD, Sketch, or PSD.

In this optional phase, we translate the final UI designs into code with a fully functional Front-End Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally, frameworks like React or Vue. For content-driven sites, we provide CMS Integration using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or others, based on your needs. The entire build is made Responsive for all screen sizes and Search Engine Optimized (SEO) with proper metadata and structure. We also conduct Speed Optimization and Cross-Browser Testing to ensure a consistent experience across platforms. A Training Document or Admin Session is included to guide your team in managing the content.
