It's a collaborative process and you will be involved in each step in order to weekly steer the implementation.

Either it's MVP, PoC or advanced implementation with go to market solution, i will provide a tailored implementation for each.

Depends on the requirements you have, and if it's a PoC or go-to-market product. I would say it will take anything from 3 weeks to 6 months.

I will help you with my experience to define a clear scope and vision for your SaaS. it's better to start small than never start at all.
System design and alignments
I will build the global architecture adapted to the business requirements and the budget you want to spend.
UI/UX definition
Am not a designer, but still have large experience in evaluating a good UI and UX with my over 9 years of building SaaS solutions and full-stack apps.
Coding the SaaS
I will proceed with coding the SaaS. You will be able to follow the progress with the pre-production environment available for you to steer the implementation.
Deployment
Will deploy the SaaS in your favorite provider with all the architecture decisions we tool earlier.
