I am experienced in working to a brief, creating and using footage and/or a shot list, script touch ups, screenplay assembly, raw footage cataloguing, camera shot tagging, recording and transferring onto video tape in preparation for inputting into the timeline.
I am highly organized which reduces errors and project time. I take great care inputting the uncut rushes and sound files, and synchronize and store the footage into files on the computer for easy sharing between production departments.
I am skilled in digitally cutting files to put together using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and Davinci Resolve to create a rough cut for dailies.
I can also work on post-production sound design, color grading, and special effects to enhance the overall visual storytelling.
I am comfortable with working on a variety of video formats, such as SD, HD, and 4K, and can handle different file types, such as H.264, ProRes, and DNxHD.
I am familiar with the technical requirements of different distribution platforms, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and social media, and can optimize the video output for each platform to ensure the best quality and user experience.
I also have experience in working with a variety of video codecs, including H.264, HEVC/H.265, ProRes, and DNxHD, and can optimize the video output for various playback devices, such as desktop, mobile, and TV screens.
