Process

1.Initial Consultation- This is the first step of our creative process. Begins with filling out my inquiry form then after reviewing it I’ll reach out to set up a discovery call and talk in depth discussing everything about your business and get a better understanding of your goals and requirements. After which, I’ll create a project proposal customized to your specific needs. It will cover problems and goals, structured timeline of project, cost and what to expect next.
2. Onboarding - Once we have agreed upon everything discussed in the project proposal, we are ready to start! You will receive a link to the Client Portal in Notion where you can track everything about the project. Making sure to complete tasks that are essential requirement such as signing the contract and first invoice and also filling out the brand questionnaire with as much detail as possible.
3. Strategy & Creative Direction - This step is focused on gathering a thorough and detailed research on your brand and understanding your vision and goals. Also, covering a complete analysis on 3 competitor brands to find out what works and what does not in the industry. After that, 2 creative directions designed in 2 mood boards will be created covering your brand requirements. In the Client Portal there will be a review and revision discussion section where the approved version will set up the visual style and overall direction of the project.
4. Design Process - With the approved creative direction it’s time to start the fun part - designing your brand! Based on the research findings, I’ll create your visual identity covering everything that has been discussed in the previous stages. Following a one concept method that will ensure the design perfectly captures your brand’s personality.
5. Feedback & Revisions - Once the design is created, I’ll put out a brand presentation that will give a complete explanation of the decisions behind the design. It will be uploaded on the Client Portal to be reviewed and then give a feedback. Upon agreement you are entitled to two rounds of revisions to ensure we have everything settled.
6.Offboarding - Once everything is approved and final invoice is settled, we are officially ready to wrap this up and hand over your files, brand guidelines and set you up for the journey ahead. Also, including a little something that will help your process and make it easier.

    A comprehensive document outlining the proper use of brand elements. This includes guidelines for logo usage, color schemes, typography, imagery, and tone of voice to ensure brand consistency.

  • Social Media Assets

    Custom-designed graphics for social media profiles, including profile pictures, cover photos, and post templates. These ensure a consistent brand presence across all social platforms.

  • Printable Assets

    Branded printable assets such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and notepads, brochures, flyers, posters, banners. These designs reinforce brand identity in all official communications.

  • Web Design Assets

    Key visual elements for the web or mobile, or both , such as header images, buttons, and icons, aligned with the brand identity to create a cohesive online presence

  • 2x Revisions

    The client is entitled to up to 2 revisions on this package.

  • Brand Files
