• Will I be able to update or manage the product after launch?

  Absolutely. You’ll get full access to the codebase, dashboards, and backend systems. I can also provide training or documentation so you or your team can self-manage if needed.

• Do you offer ongoing support or future updates?

  Yes. After the 30-day improvement cycle, I offer monthly update plans, feature expansions, automation upgrades, and performance optimization to keep your product evolving and competitive.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  I accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe invoices, ACH, and bank transfer. For international clients, I support global payment options through Stripe.

• Do you require a payment upfront?

  Yes. I require a 30 - 50% upfront deposit to officially reserve your build slot and begin the initial phases of the project. This covers early work such as discovery, research, system architecture, and prototyping.

• Do you charge extra for revisions or changes?

  All revisions within the agreed scope are included. New features or expanded scopes are priced fairly through add-ons or a separate micro-sprint so you stay in control of cost.

• Can I pause the project after paying?

  Yes, you can pause for up to 30 days at no cost. After 30 days, a small reactivation fee may apply to account for environment updates and re-alignment.

• Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?

  Yes. After launch and the 30-day improvement cycle, I offer optional monthly support plans for updates, new features, automation upgrades, and performance monitoring.
