• How will you schedule the lessons?

  Please contact me to arrange the lesson schedule before you make the order. The lesson dates and times must be provided when placing the order to ensure timely delivery. Any changes to the date or time can be agreed upon later, while still meeting the delivery deadline.

  Absolutely YES! I have experience with beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. If you are first-buyer, contact me before placing an order to schedule an introductory meeting (30 minutes). This will help us meet each other, assess your abilities, discuss your expectations, and find a suitable

• What platforms do you use for the lessons?

  I usually use Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, but I am flexible to use other platforms if you prefer.

• What is your native accent?

  Italian from the North-West of Italy

• Do you offer custom lessons?

  Yes! Just send me a message and I can build a custom offer for you.

• Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson already booked?

  Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, cancellation and refund options may not be available.

• In which language will take place my Italian lessons?

  I typically prioritize speaking in Italian as much as possible to fully immerse students in the language. However, I understand that this may be challenging for absolute beginners. Therefore, my lessons are conducted primarily in English, with Italian incorporated as well.
