• Are you available on a retained fee structure?

  I'm pleased to offer a flexible fee structure that accommodates your needs. For a set amount of days per month, you'll receive regular updates and deliverables, as well as detailed monthly reports to track progress and ensure transparency. This arrangement ensures seamless collaboration and helps us stay focused on your goals. Retained fees are calculated off a base rate of €95 per hour.

• Do you require a deposit?

  Yes, for each project, once final costs have been agreed, 50% upfront payment is required, followed by the 50% balance payment upon completion. On a retained fee structure, no deposit is required.

• How can I track my projects progress?

  Throughout your project, you'll have complete visibility into progress and deliverables. Project management software (Monday.com) will be used to track and share all projects, whether a single project or multiple projects under a retained fee structure. This platform will provide you with real-time updates on timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Additionally, work-in-progress files will be linked within the software and shared online via Figma and Framer, allowing you to follow along and provide direct feedback in the live project. This collaborative approach ensures seamless communication and ensures alignment on your goals.
