This includes customizing Entities, forms, building a multi-stage Business Process Flow (BPF), customied web resources (Javascript, HTML), and creating Business Rules, to automate field updates and validations. The goal is to standardize your Business methodology and accelerate deal velocity.

I will enhance your Dynamics 365 user experience and backend logic with advanced customizations. This includes client-side scripting (JavaScript) for dynamic form behavior and real-time data validation, as well as server-side plugins (C#) for complex business logic, data integration, and automated post-event processing.

I will connect your Dynamics 365 environment to other critical systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, legacy databases). Using custom plugins and Power Automate, I'll build a reliable, two-way data synchronization to ensure information consistency across your business and eliminate manual data entry.

I will conduct a thorough review of your existing Dynamics 365 instance. The deliverable is a detailed report analyzing your customizations (forms, BPFs, plugins), identifying performance issues or technical debt, and providing a clear roadmap with recommendations for improvements, optimizations, and best practices.
