• Everything in "Application Development" Service

  This includes everything I offer in the application development service. The addition is that I will lead the engineers on your team. If you'd like me to bring my own team to we can discuss that as well!

• Project Management

  I organize, prioritize and assign work to team members in your preferred project management software. I break out long term projects into digestible milestones and delegate clear responsibilities between the team and I to avoid unnecessary ambiguity, ensure efficiency, and allow fast, future-proof development.

• System Design

  I will setup all aspects of the application and ensure everything runs smoothly. With your consultation, I will decide the best technologies to use and delegate appropriately. I will also manage hosting and deployment flows, ensuring a smooth and appropriate CI / CD pipeline.

• Fullstack Engineering

  In addition to management and high level decisions, I will also develop features end to end. I intend to be as much a member of the team as a leader of it.
