We create attractive and flexible layouts that adapt to various devices and screen sizes. We create designs iteratively and predominantly use HTML and CSS, so we won't waste time building each page statically. We can use visual (static) compositions to indicate an art direction (color, texture, and typography.) We call this the "design atmosphere."

You will have two or more opportunities per week to evaluate our work and provide feedback. If, at any time, you are not satisfied with our work, you may cancel this contract by paying for everything produced up to that point.

We are not responsible for writing or producing texts. If this is necessary, we can provide a separate proposal. But we will do a complete review to comply with the requested services.

You must provide graphic files in digital and vector format. You must provide photos in digital, high-resolution format. If you choose to buy photos, we can suggest some professional image banks. If you need someone to look for images for you, we can provide a separate proposal.

Browser compatibility no longer means trying to make a website look the same across browsers of different capabilities or on devices with different screen sizes. It means ensuring that a person's experience is suited to the capabilities of their browser or device.

We tested our work on current versions of major browsers, including those produced by Apple (Safari), Google (Chrome), Microsoft (Edge), Mozilla Firefox and Opera. We will also ensure that users of Microsoft Internet Explorer EDGE for Windows have an adequate, albeit possibly different, experience. We will implement a single-column layout for Internet Explorer 7 or lower and will not test in other older browsers unless you specify otherwise. If you need an elaborate layout for older browsers, we can provide a separate proposal.

Testing on the most popular mobile devices is essential to ensure that a person's experience is appropriate for the features of the device they are using. We test our work on:

We currently do not test on Blackberry OS or Blackberry QNX, Opera Mobile, Symbian or other mobile browsers. If you need us to test on these browsers, we can provide a separate proposal for that.

We are not a website hosting company, so we do not provide hosting support, email or other hosting-related services. You may already have professional hosting and you can even do your own hosting; if so, great. If not, we can set up an account with one of our preferred hosting providers. We can set up your website on a server in addition to any statistical software such as Google Analytics. It is our duty to inform you about any relevant data regarding the website update. We will train and qualify the team responsible for updating the website so that it is self-managing. 

We know from experience that fixed-price contracts are rarely beneficial to you, as you are often limited to your first ideas. We don't want to limit your ability to change your mind. The estimated price at the start of this contract is based on the time we estimate it will take to achieve everything we are asked to do, but we pride ourselves on being flexible. If you want to change your mind or add something new, it's not a problem for us to provide a separate estimate for that.

We cannot guarantee that our work will be error-free and therefore we cannot be held responsible by you or third parties for any damages, loss of profits, losses or any incidents, consequential or special, even if you have warned us about it. Finally, if any part of this agreement is found to be illegal, void, or for any reason not binding, it shall be excised and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder.
