• What’s not included in your pricing?

• Payment terms and options

  A 50% deposit is needed to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due at the end of the project.

• Do you provide support after the project is completed?

  Yes, I provide post-project support for a set period to help with any questions or minor tweaks. For ongoing support and website updates, I offer additional maintenance packages for an extra fee.

• What happens if I need to pause or cancel the project?

  If you need to pause the project, just let me know as soon as possible. We can certainly discuss a temporary pause and resume the project at a later date. However, please note that the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it typically involves turning away other potential clients to secure your spot.

• Will I have ownership of the final design assets?

  Yes, once the project is completed and final payment is made, you will own the rights to all design assets provided, including logos, branding materials, and website files.
