📱 Discovery call 
We have an initial discussion to better understand how your business and your specific requirements, we create a collaboration board to add context, expectations, rationale and details for the project.
🔖 Agreements
After discovery we will agree on times, pricing and any other detail needed for the project start. With agreement in place, I will setup files and access for you and your team.
📐 Structure & Process
I will define the best approach for the project, share with you the entire process, techniques and practices that will be done to achieve the best results for you and your company goals.
🎨 Wireframing and Concepts
In any project my thinking always starts with paper and pen, sketches, rough ideas, mood-boarding, to really push your brand in the right direction and get a unique deliverable to your product.
🖼️ Design 
Here's where the real user interface starts to get real. Transforming sketches into your final app. iOS and Android platforms, using the correct patterns, designing for native environments.
🔁 Revision rounds
A call opportunity to collaborate through revisions, to refine and perfect every detail according to your feedback.
🤝 Developer handoff 
You will receive complete ownership of all designs or other assets produced as part of the engagement, including source files. You will also have access to all licenses if needed! The Figma file will be ready for development.

FAQs

  • How will we communicate?

    The preference is to keep communication async (usually through Slack or Whatsapp) to maintain project speed and focus time. If we need to quickly jump on a call to work through a specific details or changes of the design, that can be done via Zoom/Google Meet.

  • How can we collaborate?

    As for most part of my work I will be using Figma, you can request to be added into the file at the beginning of the project and with the viewer access you can add comments and feedback. This can increase the time for a final revision, but I am always open for continuous collaboration.

  • How long does a project take?

    Each project is unique and customisable. You will be receiving updates on a daily basis throughout the creative process. If project is more complex I may need a few days to prepare a moodboard and sketches to present the general idea round the project.

  • How quickly can I get started?

    If urgent and we agree what the project is...today. Being more realistic my availability can vary depending on the amount of clients or projects currently active — send me a request and let's chat.

    Everything from sketches to wireframes will be delivered to you at the end of the project. So you can use as future ideas or as new functionalities in next launches.

    The Figma file will have all components used for the design, creating an easy space for you and your team to edit designs if needed or to create more pages and ideas from the initial project we do together.

    Your project will be fully responsive, meaning it will render beautifully in every device, if you choose the service of app design the project will be designed using Apple Human Interface Design guidelines and Google Material for Android guidelines.

  • ✨ Figma File

    Upon completion you will receive Full Figma file with everything you need to launch your product. A handy component library packed with color styles, typography styles and all components that were used during design, making future updates as easy as possible and keeping your future designs consistent.

  • 🚀 Developer hand-off

    I'll support you through your launch and be available to fix any post launch bugs (we can find a sensible agreement for the support and bugs). you will also get a seamless developer handoff with all the necessary assets, guidelines, and annotations, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development.
