Your site was built for the company you were at seed. Now marketing, sales and hiring all need it, and every change waits on one person.
I design and build Framer website systems for Series A and later companies: a component library, page templates and a CMS your marketing team uses to launch pages on their own, built to the standard your bigger customers and investors expect.
Who this is for Series A scale-ups and growing B2B firms with a marketing team, several stakeholders and a site of 15 to 30+ pages.
What's included
Discovery: interviews with marketing, sales, product and leadership; analytics and content audit; competitor review.
Information architecture: sitemap, navigation, page templates and CMS model, approved before design starts.
Messaging and copy for the core pages, with your team, or with your copywriter.
Design system in Figma and Framer: type, colour, spacing, components and a section library, documented.
Design and build of up to 30 pages, responsive, with interactions that help rather than slow the site.
CMS your marketing team runs: collections for case studies, resources, customers, careers, integrations or changelog, each with its own templates and SEO fields. I move up to 100 of your existing items for you.
Integrations: forms to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or others), scheduling and automation tools, analytics, consent and tracking, through native or custom integrations.
SEO and AI search (AEO), built in: titles and descriptions for every page and CMS template, sitemap, redirects, structured data for your company, product or services, articles and people, pages that answer buyers' questions in plain text, access for Google, Bing and AI search crawlers, and Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics with visits from ChatGPT and Perplexity tracked.
Privacy and accessibility: cookie consent and a privacy page set up with your policy text, forms that only collect what you need, and every page checked against WCAG 2.2 AA (contrast, keyboard use, focus, alt text, headings, form labels).
Launch plan: staging review, QA on real devices, redirects and a rollback plan.
Handover: editor guide, component documentation, two training sessions for your marketing team and 30 days of support.
Quality standard
No AI slop or templates. Designed from a blank canvas around your business; no filler copy, stock gradients or a template with your logo swapped in.
Fast on phones. Images, video and scripts optimised, and tested with Google PageSpeed on a real phone before launch. You get the results.
A real system. Documented components, sections and page templates, so your team builds new pages from your own parts.
Checked before launch. Accessibility, SEO and every template tested on desktop, tablet and phone, on staging, before anything goes live.
How I use AI I use AI where it makes the work better, steered the way a senior designer steers a team:
Where it helps: research, first drafts, content migration, QA checks and custom code components, so more of your budget goes into strategy and design.
How it's steered: it works inside a system I've built for Framer projects, fed with your brand, sitemap, design system and clear rules, and every output is reviewed before it reaches you.
What stays with me: positioning, design decisions and the final call on every page. Anything you'd rather keep out of AI tools stays out.
How it works
Weeks 1–2: discovery, sitemap, CMS model and messaging.
Weeks 3–5: design direction and design system; homepage and key templates approved.
Weeks 6–8: remaining pages designed and built; existing content moved.
Weeks 9–10: integrations, SEO and AI search, accessibility and QA.
Week 11: stakeholder review and final round on staging.
Week 12: launch, training and handover, then 30 days of support.
Working with your team NDAs and vendor forms are welcome. Everything is documented in your own Framer workspace, so nothing is locked in one person's head.
How we work together
A weekly status call and a written status note: done, next, risks, decisions needed.
A shared Slack Connect or Microsoft Teams channel with your team. I can also work in your project tool (Linear, Jira, Asana).
One named contact on each side, and one sign-off owner for each milestone.
Video walkthroughs for reviews, so stakeholders who miss the call can catch up.
Replies within 4 working hours. I work with clients across the UK, Europe, the Gulf and the US, and on day one we agree call times that suit your team.
Good to know Need a rebrand or more than 30 pages? We'll scope it after discovery. After launch, the monthly Design & Development Partner keeps shipping pages with your team.
