• Can I contact you before purchasing?

  But of course. I'm always online so contact me anytime to discuss your project. Click on the "Contact Me" button, and let's talk about your project.

• What do I need to get started?

  To create the design of your App I'll need know what's your project about and goals of your App. You can get in touch with me to send a doc with details, features and pages you need create in your app, you can also share all material you have to me analyse and I send an offer to work on it.

• Can you convert the App layout into a desktop version?

  Yes, if you also need a desktop version of the layout I can send an additional offer: "Convert the App into a Desktop Design Version."

• What services do you provide?

  I provide Design services in which I create the concept layout design in Adobe XD, PSD, or FIGMA. Using my knowledge of UI/UX Design, I focus my services on the user's experience creating Websites, Apps and Dashboards. The delivery contents include images, icons, and fonts.

• What files will I receive with your service?

  You will get your layout in Adobe XD, PSD, or FIGMA. The design will be modern and clean, keeping in mind the current trends. As a free BONUS, you will receive a video preview showing how the design works. This video will be beneficial to help your developer to understand what needs to be created.

• Do you provide coding services?

  I do not work with the development of the code. Once you receive my layout design in Adobe XD, Figma or PSD, you will need send it to a developer to build the code and install it. If you do not have a developer I can recommend some them who worked with my past customers.

• Do you work with logos and branding?

  I do not work with the logo or branding. When you purchase my gig, you will need to provide your logo and your branding color preferences.

• What if I have special requirements that I cannot find in your gigs?

  You can contact me anytime. I'm always online. Feel free to message me, and I'll answer your questions as quickly as possible. We will talk about your projects, resolve your doubts and come to a reasonable price for us both.

• In what formats do you work?

  I work with the Adobe XD or FIGMA, which allows me to create an interactive and clickable prototype layout design. I also can work with Non-interactive PSD Photoshop.

• How is the contact made on the platform?

  We can talk about your project in the Order Page or you can Message me before placing your order, this way we can discuss first. Notice that the platform requires the communication here, so outside communication or video calls are not allowed.
