Screenwriting For Feature Length Films (100-120 Pages)Louis Adorno
Whether you are building a story from scratch, or have a detailed narrative you want in screenplay form, I work with you through every step of the creative process to ensure you receive a professional screenplay ready to be made into a feature film.
The client provides me as much information as possible, I begin brainstorming and formulating an incredible story, and I provide you a 5-7 page treatment prior to me writing the first draft.
The writing timeline depends on how much information you provide me. The more I have to research and develop, the longer the project will take.
Once I send you the first draft, I await your correspondence, and make the necessary revisions for the final draft.
*I MUST RECEIVE CREDIT AS THE WRITER OF THE PROJECT*
This is non-negotiable.
If I am taking a story idea you created, and provided a clear-and-actionable outline for, YOU are the creator of the story. In this case, I must be credited under the following: "Screenplay by Louis Adorno."
If I am creating the story and screenplay from scratch, I must be credited under the following: "Written by Louis Adorno."
What's included
Discussing Expectations, Outline, and Plot Details
We meet via video conference to discuss, in-depth, the client's exact expectations and all plot notes, characters, themes, and story needs.
Research, Development, and Treatment
Depending on the information provided by the client, I perform comprehensive research and narrative planning. I keep you updated throughout the process, and I send you a 5-7 page treatment and story outline for your approval. The more story details provided by the client, the faster this process takes.
First Draft
I deliver a professional formatted screenplay from 100 to 120 pages in length based on all discussions, materials from the client, and research.
Feedback & Revision
Once I send you the first draft via PDF, you review the entire screenplay and we met again to discuss any desired changes in clear detail. At this stage, I will only make revisions that are explicitly stated by the client. There is only one revision, so I strongly suggest you take some time to thoroughly read through the first draft.
Final Draft
Based on the discussed revisions, I submit a new and FINAL draft for the client.
