Most everyday technical problems are covered; email issues, Microsoft 365 help, device setup, slow systems, software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and general IT questions. If something falls outside normal support (like large migrations or major rebuilds), I’ll outline the scope and get approval before starting anything.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
I respond to most requests within the same business day, often within a few hours. If there’s an urgent issue that affects your ability to work, I prioritize it immediately.
How many support hours are included each month?
This plan includes up to 5 hours of remote support each month. Most small businesses never exceed this, but if you do, additional time can be billed at my hourly rate or we can move you into a higher-tier plan. My goal is predictable, reliable support without unexpected overages.
Can you support remote or hybrid teams?
Yes, I regularly support teams working remotely or across multiple locations. Everything can be handled through remote access, chat, email, or scheduled calls.
Does this include onsite support?
This plan is remote-first. If onsite work is ever needed and you’re within my service area, I can provide a separate quote or add onsite visits as an upgrade.
What if my business needs something outside the monthly plan?
I can handle larger projects like migrations, network upgrades, advanced security, device provisioning, or website improvements. These are billed separately and always scoped clearly ahead of time.
Can this plan scale as my business grows?
Yes. As your team or technical needs expand, we can adjust the plan so you have the right level of ongoing support
Do you help with onboarding and offboarding employees?
Yes. I can set up accounts, configure devices, handle access permissions, secure data, and offboard employees safely as part of your monthly support.
