About this service

Summary

Bring your product to life with labels that stop scrolls, win shelf space, and tell your brand’s story at a glance.
I’m the creative lead behind Let’s Tailor Design, a boutique studio that helps early-stage founders turn great ideas into retail-ready realities—without agency price tags or drawn-out timelines.

Process

Discovery & Market Research Kick-off call + brief—define goals, target consumer, USP and budget. Rapid desk research on category trends, competitor packaging, retailer requirements and regional regulations.
Consumer & Brand Insight Mapping Translate research into a concise insight board: shopper personas, decision triggers, shelf “whitespace,” tone-of-voice and must-have claims. Align visual cues with your brand story and price-point.
Concept Ideation Sketch multiple directions, refine to two best routes. Each route includes colour strategy, typography, hierarchy, material/finish suggestions and a mock-up showing real-world shelf or e-commerce context.
Design Development Chosen concept polished through structured feedback loops (up to 2 revisions). Final master artwork built to print specs, dielines, and compliance grids (barcode, INCI, nutrition, legal copy).
Validation & Compliance Check Run artwork through print-house pre-flight, retailer style-guides and any region-specific packaging laws. Adjust to ensure full regulatory sign-off and flawless production.
Implementation & Production Handover Supply press-ready AI/PDF + colour proofs, Pantone swatches, and material spec sheet. Liaise with printers if needed. Provide layered mock-ups for marketing, crowdfunding or Amazon listings.
Commercialisation Support Quick-start launch toolkit:
Design guidelines for future SKUs
POS & in-store assets (wobblers, shelf talkers)
Press-release template + hero images for PR and buyer outreach
Optional consult on pricing, retail pitch deck
Outcome: Packaging that excites consumers, meets compliance, prints smoothly—and drives sell-through from day one.
