What's included

• Discovery & Alignment

  The process begins with a short questionnaire to understand your business goals, target audience, and website objectives such as lead generation, product showcase, or information sharing. If brand guidelines already exist, these will be reviewed to ensure design consistency.

• Information Architecture

  A sitemap is created to outline the key pages (for example: Home, About, Services, Contact). Alongside this, a simple user flow is mapped to define how visitors will move through the site to reach important actions

• Wireframes (Low-Fidelity)

  Basic wireframes are prepared for 1–3 core pages. These sketches focus on layout structure, navigation, content hierarchy, and the placement of essential elements before moving into detailed design.

• Visual Style Guide

  A dedicated style guide is developed to ensure visual consistency. It includes color palettes, typography, spacing systems, imagery, iconography, and guidelines for interactions and states. This helps maintain a cohesive look and feel across the website.

• UI Design (High-Fidelity Mockups)

  Detailed designs are created for all the pages in desktop view. These mockups reflect the chosen style guide and maintain alignment with any existing branding. A structured grid and spacing system is applied for clarity and balance.

• Responsive Preview (Static)

  Mockups are also provided for mobile view, including the homepage and one key interior page. This ensures that the design translates well across different devices.

• Handoff Package (Design Files Only)

  At the end of the process, you’ll receive an organized Figma file containing the final designs, along with exportable assets such as icons and imagery used in the project.
