How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?
For general communication, we can use WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email. For vision alignment and revision rounds, we can schedule a Zoom/Google Meet call to ensure we are aligned on every strategic detail.
How many changes can I request during the design process?
I highly value your feedback and typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions where you can request any reasonable changes to the visual concepts, logo, or application mockups. This ensures we refine and perfect every deliverable based on your input.
What if I need more than 3 rounds of revisions?
I understand that some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than three rounds of revisions, we can work on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate, ensuring your project gets the attention it needs while respecting our timeline and scope
Do you update the brand assets or add more items after we finish the project?
My goal is to provide a complete, final package of production-ready files. However, I can work on small updates (like seasonal ad changes) at an hourly rate, or we can discuss a new project retainer for major updates or additions (like new packaging or merchandise designs).
