• Product vision

  A written document that outlines the goals and objectives of the product/ software, features/ functions sets based on the requirements outlined. Examples include: Functional decompositions, Product statements, Product brief.

• User Journey Mapping

  Diagrams or charts that illustrate the user journey from initial interaction to task completion, identifying touch-points, interactions, and emotions at each stage. Examples include: User journey maps, User flow and/or Task flow diagrams.

• Mockups are not included in this service!

  Mockups including wireframes, low-fi or hi-fi prototypes are not included in this service. Please acquire at another service pack that specially design for such services.
