Summary

A brand's copy is essential to its ability to pull in and retain customers. It's important that copy feels clear and concise so as not to overwhelm consumers, and it's also critical that it uses the right keywords to ensure that your content is getting clicks and ranking high on search engines. Accuracy is also crucial to copy's credibility and clarity. Having grammatically correct and factually sound copy goes a long way in ensuring that your brand is perceived as trustworthy and reliable.
I offer short-form and long-form copywriting for web content, product and service descriptions, social media captions, and more, using SEO strategy and incorporating your brand voice.

Process

1. Introductory Meeting
Before we get started, we will set up a meeting to go over your goals and expectations. We'll go over the style and tone you're looking for, audience, keywords you think are essential to use or are debating between, time and budget estimates, etc. We'll also get to know one another and make sure we're a good fit.
2. Research
I will conduct keyword research by comparing which terms competitors with high SEO use and analyzing Google Trends data. I will then forward the results to you to provide input about your preferences and approve which keywords we focus on.
3. Copywriting
I will write my first draft of your content, incorporating SEO strategy and your brand voice.
4. Revision Round 1
Once I have a complete first draft, I will share the document with you either via Google Docs or Microsoft Word (whichever is best for you). From here, you can read over it and make comments, suggestions, and edits.
5. Revision Round 2
After I have implemented your feedback, I will share the document with you once more to do a final review. If there are any last-minute tweaks, they will be completed within 1-2 business days.
6. That's a wrap! I will make any final edits and send it to you!

    I have written travel content, product and service descriptions, social media captions, and more. A lot of my work has been content for leaders in the self-help and business/leadership sectors, but I also have experience writing media think pieces, profiles, essays, and other editorial pieces. I am a quick study on brand voice and preferences, and I always conduct research before writing, so I am adaptable to any industry or topic!
