(Note: I focus solely on design and do not provide HTML, CSS, or development services. The final deliverables will be ready for a developer to implement.)

Crafting a well-structured and engaging website requires a strategic approach. Here’s how I ensure a smooth, user-centered design process from start to finish:

Initial Assessment – I begin by analyzing your existing brand identity and website (if applicable) to ensure the new design aligns with your brand guidelines and overall vision.

Vision Alignment – We'll start with an informal conversation to define your goals, expectations, and the overall direction for the website.

Research & Inspiration – I conduct in-depth research on your industry, competitors, and user expectations, using these insights to establish a strong design foundation.

Blueprint Creation – Creating wireframes, sitemaps, and user flows to outline the website’s layout and functionality before diving into visuals.

Concept Development – I design 2-3 initial UI concepts to explore different stylistic directions, ensuring we align on the best approach for your website.

Design Execution – The core of the process: I create a fully designed website with up to five pages, including high-fidelity UI prototypes, information architecture, and interaction design tailored to your needs. (Note: I focus on design, not coding, but the final files will be ready for a developer to implement.)

Refinement & Feedback – I offer up to three rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design and make sure every detail meets your expectations.

Adaptive Design – The final design is optimized to function seamlessly across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Seamless Handoff – I prepare all assets for smooth implementation, including UI kits, annotations, and developer-ready files to ensure a seamless transition.

Ongoing Collaboration – My work doesn’t end at delivery. Many of my clients return for ongoing refinements, and I strive to build lasting relationships where you can rely on me beyond the launch.

Who is this for?
This service is for businesses of all sizes who want to create a website that is effective and beautiful. It is especially ideal for businesses who are just starting out or who are redesigning their existing website.
How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?
For general communication we can use Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord. For revision rounds, we can schedule the GoogleMeet/Zoom call or handle it through Figma comments.
How many changes can I request during design process?
I highly value your feedback and typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions where you can request any reasonable changes to layout & design. I will reach out to you when my work is ready for feedback.
What if I need more than 3 rounds of revisions?
I understand that some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than three rounds of revisions, we can work on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.
What if I want to update the website or add more pages after we finish the project?
Feel free to reach out to me whenever you need an update. We can work on small updates at an hourly rate, or discuss a flat fee for major updates.
