The development starts with a collaboration between leads, clients, and project/product managers (if applicable, I can take up this role if needed) to establish the product's strategy and roadmap, taking into account product discovery and business rationale. This phase includes competitive analysis, product research, and setting creative direction, all defined by the nature of the project and its deliverables. Once the direction is set, wireframing, flow, and user experience ideation begin, leading to a stakeholder review.

If a design system exists, it's utilized; if not, a new one may be created. Then, user interface (UI) mockups and prototyping are developed, followed by another stakeholder review.

Meanwhile, the product undergoes a review and is subjected to quality assurance (QA) and consumer insights through usability testing.

Finally, the product is ready for the developer handoff, which is the last step before deployment. The process is iterative, with collaboration and input from leads, clients, and PMs throughout, ensuring the end product meets the initial strategy and objectives.
