My process:
Before discovery call:
I'd want to see what you hope to accomplish after the project. As a result, bring some reference images and videos with you. I'd want to know who your competitors are, what they're not doing, and what you intend to do differently than them. Bring some information to the first meeting to get the project started quickly.
Discovery call:
On this call we will get to know each other and discuss what we could accomplish by the end of our project. I'd like to know who your competitors are and if they've done anything similar to what we're going for. We'll look at some reference materials and discuss how we can improve our project to make it more distinctive and appealing to your brand.
Second call:
I'll show you the progress of the project and we can see if any revisions are necessary at this point. After the call, I will apply the adjustments and submit them for approval.
