You don't have to abandon Base44 to do this. Its developer platform, CLI, and backend functions let me drop into real code while you keep your database, auth, and hosting exactly where they are. Most builders never find out that door exists.

I work at both levels: fluent in the AI chat and in the code underneath it. So I don't rebuild your app from scratch to add one feature, and I don't leave you with a Frankenstein you can't maintain. You keep building in the chat, I handle what's past its reach.

The logic prompts can't reliably produce: multi-step workflows, scheduled jobs, webhook handlers, complex calculations, conditional business rules. Written as proper Base44 backend functions, server-side enforced, so it's real logic and not something clever hidden in the UI.

Stripe subscriptions with real webhook handling, niche or industry-specific APIs, your existing internal systems, CRMs, email and messaging providers, AI models beyond the built-in ones. If it has an API, I'll wire it in properly, with error handling and retries instead of a happy path that breaks on day two.

When the generated UI stops matching what you need, I build a custom React (or any framework) frontend against your existing Base44 backend via the SDK. Your data, auth, and entities stay exactly as they are. You just stop being limited to what the generator will render.

The schema you prompted on day one usually isn't the one your app needs at month three. I restructure entities, relationships, and queries so the app stays fast and your data stays clean, plus safe migration of what you already have.

Everything synced to clean Git via the Base44 CLI, documented, with the reasoning written down. You can keep going in the chat, hand it to a developer, or come back to me. No lock-in to me specifically.

Scoped per feature. Most single integrations or custom functions ship in 2 to 4 days; larger rebuilds get a fixed quote up front.
