We begin with your users, essential workflow and the problem to solve. A suitable first release may include authentication, a database, customer records and a focused dashboard. The exact screens, business rules, access requirements and deliverables are agreed before development. The starting price does not include a complete enterprise or multi-tenant platform with every possible module.
Scope, delivery dates, review milestones and price are agreed individually. The duration shown is an initial planning estimate for a small first release, not a fixed promise for a complete SaaS. Larger projects can be divided into separately priced milestones so you can review working progress and agree payment by stage.
For suitable scopes, we plan 4 review or approval cycles. Each cycle can include several focused adjustments within the agreed requirements. Review dates, response windows and additional work are defined in the project agreement.
Handover can include organized source files in GitHub or ZIP, database setup or SQL migrations where applicable, configuration notes, deployment guidance and 14 days of defect support. We agree the technical stack and source-code rights in writing.
Payments, subscriptions, advanced roles, multiple organizations, complex integrations, migration, extra modules and ongoing support are quoted according to the project. Domain, hosting, database plans and paid services are separate costs.
