• Website Maintenance

  Monthly maintenance includes general upkeep of website, and will include the following tasks and services: - Update the Development Environment - Run Updates to WordPress Core Installation - Run Updates to Installed Plugins and Remove Unused Plugins - Approve Comments and Trackbacks, Delete Spam - Check and Optimize Database Tables - Review Site Metrics - Check for Broken Links and Create Redirects - Validate and Optimize HTML and CSS - Review System Logs and Assess Any Errors - User Account Audit - Maintain Offsite Backups - Run Performance Tests and Provide Recommendations - Review Site Uptime Report A maintenance report will be provided at the start of every month to include updates and metrics from the previous month.

• Website Edits

  An addition to the maintenance tasks outlined above, 1 hour per month is reserved for the client, to perform any requested edits or updates to the website. Any requests which require more than 1 hour to complete will be considered a separate project with a separate budget. In the absence of specific client requests, this time may be used to address any issues or recommendations identified during website maintenance.
