Basic package may support 1 logo concept without source files. To be opted by them who require logo upgrades/changes to an existing design. The client is required to provide us with the logo's source file and clear instructions of changes required. Any subsequent request to change the design concept may be regarded a new concept, which requires an add-on package

REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied at all with the logo, based on the circumstances, most of the times we do offer refunds. Mutal-cancelation/refunds are only available before the order is rated/marked as complete by you. Refunds are not available once the process of revision starts on the logo
REVISIONS
Yes, we do provide you with unlimited revisions as per the package chosen. Kindly note that the revisions are modifications within the logo design concept created that you have chosen and in case you need an entirely different logo concept, we would request you to place an additional order with us.
STATIONERY DESIGNS
We provide stationery designs like letterhead, HTML Mail signature, 2 sided Business card design with or without OMR Recognition, Mobile App Icons, FAV Icon Kit, Social Media Kit and envelope design. They can be added as add on services or please message me for a custom offer.
CUSTOM ORDERS
You may inbox me with the custom order requirements or initiate a custom order request. I shall offer you a custom package based on your requirements and after negotiating the price and the duration of the project.
ARTWORKS AND MASCOTS, CLEVER DESIGNS
We currently DO NOT undertake the above mentioned logo styles. We can help you out with Modern, Minimal, Graphical logo designs. Please read the gig description for more information.
WHAT IS VECTOR FILE?
Vector file is the source file of the logo design and it won't lose it's quality when you change the size of the logo (Usually comes as EPS, AI, or SVG).
