Most products fail users quietly. The homepage that feels cluttered and unfocused. The landing page with a vague "Get Started" button that tells you nothing. The search result that shows everything except what the user came for. These are not accidents, they are website UX failures, and I have been catching them professionally for years now. Using Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics as a framework, I audit your web product, landing page, onboarding flow, app screen, or homepage and produce a clear, prioritized report with specific findings and actionable fixes. No jargon. No filler. Just what's broken and how to address it.
WHAT YOU WOULD GET:
Specific, screenshot-annotated findings, not vague observations, but exact elements and why they fail
Clear, practical recommendations written in plain language your dev or designer can act on immediately
A Loom walkthrough video (~10–15 min) where I take you through the findings live
CTA analysis - your button copy, placement, and hierarchy reviewed with alternatives suggested where relevant
Visual hierarchy and information architecture assessment
FAQs
No. I audit the live product as a user would experience it. If you want to share Figma files or staging links, I am happy to work with those too, but it is not required.
They are structured usability reviews based on established design principles, most commonly Nielsen's 10 heuristics. I check things like error prevention, visual hierarchy, consistency, minimalist design, and whether your system gives users clear feedback. It is faster and cheaper than user testing, and often just as revealing.
It is actually the best time to book an audit, finding website UX failures before you invest heavily in paid traffic or user acquisition saves real money. The earlier, the better.
This service is audit and recommendations, not redesign. I flag what is broken and tell you how to fix it If you need a redesign, though, let us talk.
That is a valid outcome. My findings are grounded in established usability principles, but you know your users. I welcome discussion; every audit comes with one async Q&A round included.
Yes. All audits cover both desktop and mobile by default unless you specify otherwise
