If you are an author, especially indie authors who self-publish through Amazon or other such platforms, you obviously need a simple cover design. A good book cover design is essential to winning over readers, especially ones who don't know your work!

I am a seasoned photomanipulation and illustrator. I would love to create stunning books covers for your works of prose or poetry!

If you have branding identity work done, I will use it in order to match your other works done by other designers.

However, if you do not have a Brand Identity, I will work with you to create one which will be used across any and all works by your, or by a given pen name.

• Typography choices.
• Color Palette.
• Series' Identification marks, if any are required.

Cover Design options start with the content of your work. The genre, style of writing, prior designs (if any) made for your works, and competitors samples are all taken into account. Design Options:

• Typographical-Only.
• Type-Primary (simple visual design).
• Author-owned art assets (interior illustration, or photos modified for cover use).
• Designer owned art assets (I find, procure, or create the art assets for the cover).

We will arrange a meet-up which can be digital (Zoom, Discord, Google) or face to face if you are in my area! There are 2 stages to my over all process. The initial needs assessment and the design phase.

• You tell me about your works, what you are looking for specifically, and we will go over the details of your needs.
• Together we'll work up a timeline, contingencies (because life can be crazy sometimes!), and milestones/due dates.
• I'll work on 2 to 3 moodboards for you to choose from.
• When the overall aesthetic is decided the design phase can begin.
• During the design process you get 2 sketch reviews, 1 design review, and a final approval review.
• You are then sent the prepared files to use right out of the box, with 2 sizing-modifications if needed.
• Raw-files (the working files) can be sent for an additional fee.
