Your business has outgrown its brand. Clients take you seriously once they're in the room, and the brand should be what gets you into the room.
This is a complete identity system, and it starts with a one-week positioning sprint. Before any design work, we agree on who the brand is for and how it should feel. After that, every design choice is checked against a clear brief instead of personal taste.
I've spent years in-house as well as at studios, so I design for what happens after handover: your team gets files it can use without calling me.
Positioning sprint (week 1)
A brand questionnaire, followed by a 90-minute kickoff workshop
A review of how your competitors look, and where you can stand out
A one-page brief covering your audience, what sets you apart, your brand personality and 3 core brand attributes
Identity design
Two creative directions, then two rounds of refinement on the one you choose
Logo suite: primary logo, secondary logo, mark, and responsive versions
Color system, typography and graphic elements
Direction for imagery and iconography
Up to 6 key applications, such as a deck template, social templates, business cards, email signature and a document template
Handover
Brand guidelines
A Figma library your team can build from
All export files (SVG, PNG, PDF) and the source files
A 45-minute handover call with your team
How it runs
Week 1: positioning sprint
Weeks 2–3: two directions presented
Week 4: refinement
Week 5: system and applications
Week 6: guidelines and handover
Good to know The sprint sets direction for the design. It doesn't cover messaging, tone of voice or detailed audience work. If you need those, start with Brand Strategy. If you've already done Brand Strategy with me, we skip the sprint and go straight into design.
