Summary

Building and launching a website or webapp? I'm an experienced tech PM, and have been a developer and designer. I can work with you to create a product/project plan including milestones and a launch plan; run Scrum ceremonies and manage project deliverables; and interface with your contract engineers and designers to ensure that the project is on track. If you need someone who can guide you through the design and development process from start to finish and ensure that the final product meets your expectations, we should talk.

Ongoing regular check-ins with the design/engineering team, including sprint/work planning, delivering feedback from client to eng team, and updating project milestones.
