Building and launching a website or webapp? I'm an experienced tech PM, and have been a developer and designer. I can work with you to create a product/project plan including milestones and a launch plan; run Scrum ceremonies and manage project deliverables; and interface with your contract engineers and designers to ensure that the project is on track.
