Process:

Introductions - This is where we will introduce ourselves and discuss your project and determine your needs.

Proposal - An outline of our proposed solution will be sent to you with a breakdown of the project scope, project timeline, and project cost. Initial mood boards may be sent over in this phase as well.

Contract & Deposit - Once the proposal is accepted, we will send over a basic contract to be e-signed with an invoice for 50% of the cost. The rest of the cost will be spread out as needed.

Discovery - Once we receive the signed contract we will dive deeper into your project and get any additional questions answered before we start designing your website. We will collect any necessary information to start building your website at this phase. This includes logos, photography, illustrations, existing copy, hosting information, etc.

Website Design - We will mock up a design for your new website in Figma and share it with you to make sure you are happy before we start the development phase. Any additional assets needed such as logos, images, illustrations, and copy will be created in this phase.

Website Development - We will build your website out based on the design provided and test out all functionality. We will provide regular updates on the status of your new site and make any changes to the layout and design as necessary. We will configure your CMS in this stage to meet your content management needs.

User QA/Testing & CMS Training - Once development is completed on your site we will provide a link to the new site on a staging address before it is pushed to production at your site’s URL. During this phase we will fix any kinks that may still exist and fix any last minute design details. If your website utilizes a CMS, we will provide training to you and whoever will be responsible for managing the website. We will also provide a training document in PDF format for you to reference in the future.

Handoff & Final Invoice - After any final feedback is incorporated, we will send over the final invoice. Your website is good to go at this point!

Additional Support/Maintenance (Optional) - If necessary, we can work something out where we give your website continued support either on an hourly or retainer basis.
