• Collaborative Research & Strategy

  We’ll kick things off with a quick consultation. It’ll help align the goals, clarify expectations and build a solid foundation. Together, we’ll explore your brand, audience and purpose. I’ll help shape the content structure and visual tone so your website doesn’t just look great but communicates clearly and converts. You’ll also get access to your Clickup workspace to track progress, manage content and collaborate in real-time throughout the project.

• Content Planning & Visuals

  With your brand direction and structure defined, we’ll move into content planning. I’ll help organize what goes where, refine sections for clarity and identify any gaps that need support. I’ll also assist in creating or sourcing visuals, whether it’s images, icons or multimedia elements.

• Figma Design & Custom Design System

  Your website will be designed entirely in Figma starting with wireframes to define layout and flow. Once the structure is approved, I’ll move into high-fidelity design and build a clickable prototype so you can experience how it feels. Alongside this, I’ll create a shared design system to keep components, styles and visuals consistent throughout and easy to manage in the future.

• 3 Design Revisions

  You’ll be involved at every stage of the design process. Once the wireframes and initial prototype are ready, I’ll walk you through everything, including the design system before we move forward. From there, we’ll refine the flow, visuals and interactions through as many iterations as needed to ensure the final result exceeds your expectation.

• End-to-End Development in Framer or Wix Studio

  Development begins only after the design is approved. I’ll build your site using Framer or Wix Studio depending on your needs. This includes: - Setting up hosting •Connecting your domain •Integrating CMS collections for dynamic content (if needed) •Setting up your blog (if needed) •E-commerce functionality (if needed). I’ll implement smooth interactions and animations and make everything fully responsive, so your site not only looks great, but works beautifully everywhere.

• Quality Assurance & Testing

  I’ll test the website across browsers and devices to make sure it looks and works exactly as intended. Every interaction, animation, and layout shift is checked for consistency, responsiveness, and performance. Once everything is ready, you’ll have a final review session to go over the live build before publishing, so nothing goes live without your approval and confidence.

• SEO & Accessibility Optimized

  Your website won’t just look great, it’ll be built to perform. By following best practices for semantic structure, metadata, and heading hierarchy, I’ll make sure your site gets discovered across multiple search results. From color contrast to keyboard flow, accessibility is thoughtfully integrated at every step, making the experience usable for everyone.

• Publish & Go Live

  I’ll handle the final publishing process and pushing the live build. The result will be a polished, production-ready site launched with zero stress on your end.

• Handoff & Training

  Once everything is live, I’ll walk you through how to update and manage your website with confidence. It’ll be done over a short video call so you leave with clarity, not confusion. This includes: •Editing text, images and multimedia •Updating CMS collections and dynamic content •How to create and manage posts •How to update products, manage collections and handle basic store functions

• Post-Launch Support

  Even with extensive testing, things can still pop up once your site is live, especially with CMS, blog or e-commerce features. That’s why I include 1 month of post-launch support to handle bugs, answer questions or help with small tweaks. If you need long-term support or want to evolve the site further, we can always extend that coverage as a separate engagement.
