Starts with scheduling call in any platform such as Teams, Google meet or Zoom. Next step is to understand business. Here your role starts. Understanding Business means understanding vision, mission, target market, marketing procedures, cashflows, reporting requirements and so on. After listening, I will start to speak about how the processes can optimized after the audit of the procedures. This will be finalized with identifying the tasks which require automation by comparing its costs and benefits. By giving options for choosing appropriate tools and techniques you can go to next step. Implementation!
