About this service

Summary

I have a deep, rich voice that will be appealing to any listener. I do a 3 step QA process to ensure that every line is read with great clarity and a neutral accent, and edit out any distracting breaths or other noises. My business partner, Julian Daniels, scores the audiobook with his originally produced music. We offer unlimited, free revisions on all our work.

Process

First I record the narration, ensuring that almost all misreads are caught during the production process. Then, Julian Daniels masters the narration in ACX format, cutting out any unwanted noise or breaths, while adding his original music. Finally, we do a third QA check together, and ensure that the product is up to our high quality standards and that of our clients.

  • What's included in revisions?

    Any changes you want.

  • What microphone and audio editing software do you use?

    The Rode PodMic XLR, and Audacity and Reaper, respectively.

  • Can I get some samples early on into the project of the narration?

    This is preferred, actually. If you have any changes to request of the tone used in my narration, it's best to address that early on.

  • Can I get a sample of the custom music for my audiobook early on?

    Absolutely, and it's preferred. If you want any changes to the tone or dynamic of the tracks, please let us know.

  • What is your pricing like?

    Contact us for pricing, but we do a fair per word pricing and round down.
