We’ll execute a UX review through situational, behavioural & user analysis - so we have a clear picture of how your site currently functions, users activity and pain points.

Next we define a cohesive information architecture, identify & map user flows. Laying out a detailed content structure in wireframes. We explore visual identity options, and start building out a design system. Close collaboration with all stakeholder holders is essential, aligning our output with your goals.

Once you’re happy with the look and feel we roll out the visual identity to the rest of the pages in pixel perfect “high fidelity”. We bring your designs to life through prototypes, so you feel totally ready for sign-off. We continue to build out the design system working collaboratively with your stakeholders and development team.

We provide an annotated final design in Figma - complete with a design system of components. We can build the website, or alternatively, we will host a handover meeting with you and your development team so the transition from design to build is seamless. We can provide a quality review during the build to answer any additional queries.
