Summary

My objective is to give your brand/business a professional image that also is coherent and that it will help share your brand's values and message.

Process

1) 馃敭 Discovery
Through the development of a brand questionnaire, I will be able to learn more about you and your brand and start laying certain foundations in order to align this project with the objectives of your business. Some of the questions you will have to answer are: who is your brand, what does it stand for, what is it reason to be, it objetives, values and filosophy, it voice and tone.
After we get to know your brand/business better, we will jump onto the development of the Creative Direction.
2)馃巰 Proposal
Based on all the information collected in the discovery phase, I'm going to explore different creative directions that can align to your business and as a result I will to present two concepts for the Creative Direction.
What does the Creative Direction include?
路 An overview of your brand personality: who you are, your values and pilosophy, your objetives, tone and voice.
A moodboard that concetrate visually your brand's essence and personality. The moodboard includes examples of: Typographies/Fonts, Logo style/Layout, Patterns/Texture, Social media assets, Graphic resources, Printed material/Packaging.
3)馃摑 Development
Having defined which Creative Direction we will approach, I will proceed to work on all the design assets included inside the Visual Identity. This service includes only ONE design concept, this meaning I will present to you a concept of a logo suite, color palette, brand tipography and graphic resources, and you will do a review based on that. If the concept if not approved I will develop another one based of your feedback. We will have 3 rounds of revisions. Once every single desing asset is reviewed and approved by you, we will jump onto the last phace.
4)馃巵 Delivery
Finally we are ready to go! At this point the whole project has been approved by you, you are happy with how your Visual Identity has come out and I happy for you! What happens now? I send you every single file there it. You will receive v铆a Google Drive or Playbook a link to a folder with everything inside, arranged for you to just download it and start using it.
5)馃憢 Offboarding
On this last stage I will ask you for a feedback through Google Form. You opinion about me as a professional and the project itself it's very helpful to help me grow as a professional!
I'm also will be available for you to help you set your visual identity on your social media or webite.
It's important to mention that you files will be avilable to download for 6 months! after that are gone. So if during that time you deleted or missed for files you can contact me and I will send it to you.

FAQs

  • How long it will take you to finish my Visual Identity?

    Every project has a pre established timeline. In this case, the project will take 4 weeks maximum to be done. This means that it can be done in less time or it may need more days to developt (in the worst case scenario). In order to acommplish this task on time there's has to be compromised from both of us! In your case, you need to pay attentions to my messages in case I need some info to go forward, also is important that you take some time to give a proper feedback when need it. As for me I will do my best to make the best out of my time. If for any case I came to the conclusion that I will need more time to work I will let you know and we will make the decision of continue (or not).

  • Creative Direction

    The Creative Direction is a little document where you will be able to see an overview of your brand, what is your business/brand, what are it objectives and values, it's philosophy, it's reason to be, it's tone and voice. Plus a moodboard where we will define the general look and feel (and vibes) of your brand and it's visual identity. This will be the core information we well use while designing your brand assets and what you'll have to have in mind when applying your brand. *You will receive this document as a PDF file.

  • Logo Suite

    The Logo Suite is the basics for your brand's recognition. It will represent your brand and it's essence everywhere: social media, printed design, website, etc. By having a logo suite you ensure that your brand will be able to be displayed everywhere, on different platforms, material and sizes, without have to worry about it's adaptability. All this while being consistent with your brand's identity. *You will receive your logos on this files: RGB, PDF, SVG.

  • Color Palette

    A nice chosen color palette will help your share more of your brand's personality and message. A color palette has the power to generate emotions and associate certain ideas and concept with a color in particular. *You will receive this document as a PDF file.

  • Brand Typography

    Brand typography play a important part on making more emphasis on your brand's message. A good type combination creates a visual impact to help imprint a message on a readers mind. Also, the consistent use of your brand's tipography through social media will make you more recognizable. *You will receive this document as a PDF file.

  • Graphic resources

    A set of graphic resources will be very helpful to give more personality and playfulness to your brand designs. As a part of your graphic resources you will be receiving: shapes, vector, basic illustration or doodles, patterns. This are going to be chosen based on what your business needs. **You will receive your logos on this files: RGB, PDF, SVG.

  • Visual Identity Sheet

    This document consist on a single page where you'll have exclusive view of your Visual Identity to serve you as a guide when doing your own design (ex. creating stories, designing based on a template). On this document you will see: your logo suite, color palette with it's codes, tipography palette, your graphic resources and mockups + designs as examples. This document is ideal to have it on your phone or Canva. **You will receive this document as a PDF file.

  • Visual Identity Manual

    This document is like the ABC of your brand. It's a guide through your brand, to understand it, know how it works and apply it correctly. This manual is essencial and you must have it always at hand in case you need to remember how to approach comunnication throught your Visual Identity. 驴What does this document includes? 路 Firstly and very important: who you are as a brand, what your values are, your philosophy and objetives. Your vision, voice and tone. 路 Your Creative Direction to understand your visual identity and look and feel. 路 A guide throught your logos: how to use them and where, how to respect the safe space between around them, the DO'S and DONT'S. 路 All info about your color palette. Every color has it RGB and hexadecimal code. How to combine your colors for a correct and nice contrast. 路 How to use your brand tipographies: what role do they have on designs, wich size are better for a correct lecture. 路 A complete display of your graphic resources. 路 Mockups to see your Visual Identity on action. This will depend on the type of brand/business you have. **You will receive this document as a PDF file.
