Business Workflow Automation & API IntegrationsBilly Bowlin
I build scoped automations that move information between your business tools and reduce repetitive manual steps.
This service is for small businesses and nonprofits working across forms, spreadsheets, CRMs, databases, and other apps. Depending on the job, I use n8n, Make, Zapier, webhooks, or a custom API integration.
How the project works
We start by mapping one process: its trigger, the systems involved, the information that needs to move, and the result you need. We agree the scope, access requirements, price, and delivery schedule before development.
I build the agreed workflow, account for error handling and duplicate prevention where relevant, and test it with representative inputs. The handoff explains how to run it, check results, and maintain it.
Scope
A project can start with one workflow or a defined integration between systems. Additional workflows, paid app subscriptions, hosting, and ongoing support are scoped separately.
My portfolio work includes a lead-research workflow that checks websites and records candidates in Google Sheets while keeping human review in the process.
What you receive
Workflow scope and implementation plan
The agreed trigger, connected systems, inputs, outputs, access requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Working automation or API integration
The workflow or integration defined in the approved project scope, with relevant validation and error handling.
Testing and handoff notes
Representative test results plus instructions for operation, credentials setup, and routine maintenance.
