Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation
The interior design process typically begins with an initial consultation between the designer and the client. During this meeting, the designer listens to the client's needs, preferences, and vision for the space. The client may also provide examples of designs they like and dislike, as well as any specific requirements or constraints.
Step 2: Concept Development
After gathering information from the client, the designer begins to develop a concept for the space. This may involve brainstorming ideas, creating mood boards, and exploring various design options. The goal is to develop a concept that aligns with the client's preferences and meets their functional and aesthetic goals.
Step 3: Plan Drawing
Once the concept is established, the designer creates plan drawings that outline the layout and spatial organization of the space. These drawings may include floor plans, furniture layouts, and any architectural modifications or additions. The client is presented with one or two options to choose from, based on their feedback and preferences.
Step 4: 3D Rendering
Once the plan drawing is approved, the designer creates a 3D rendering of the proposed design. This allows the client to visualize how the space will look once it's completed. The rendering includes details such as furniture, lighting, and materials, giving the client a realistic representation of the final design.
Step 5: Revisions
The client is given the opportunity to review the 3D rendering and provide feedback. They are typically allowed up to 1-2 revisions to the design, allowing for minor adjustments and refinements. The designer works closely with the client to ensure that their vision is fully realized and that any concerns or preferences are addressed.
Step 6: Final Proposal
Finally, the designer presents the client with a final proposal that outlines all aspects of the design, including plans and renderings. This proposal may also include a timeline and budget for the project, as well as any additional services or resources required. Once the proposal is approved by the client, the project can move forward to the technical phase.
If you're intrigued by the technical phase and seek to do more than just envision your project, but rather to bring it to life, we invite you to explore the range of other services we provide for Interior Projects.
