1. Discovery & Creative Direction

We’ll start with a focused strategy session to align on your mission, audience, and goals. From there, I’ll craft two custom moodboard directions, each reflecting your brand’s tone and personality. You’ll pick the one that feels right setting the creative foundation for your new identity.

2. Brand Design

Once direction is set, I’ll design a complete brand identity system built for recognition, clarity, and growth. This includes:

Full logo suite (primary, secondary, submark, favicon)

Thoughtful color palette

Curated typography system

Supporting brand elements (patterns, icons, or visuals)

Each piece works together to make your brand feel distinctive and timeless.

3. Refinement & Alignment

You’ll review the concepts and share your thoughts. Through up to two focused refinement rounds, we’ll polish and perfect everything making sure your identity aligns seamlessly with your values and long-term vision.

4. Delivery & Support

You’ll receive a detailed Brand Manual explaining how to use your logos, colors, fonts, and elements plus realistic brand mockups to show how it all comes to life. Final files are provided in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, PDF), ready for use across print, web, and social. You’ll leave with a toolkit that’s ready to scale with your brand.

💬 FAQs

How many moodboards will I get, and what’s included? You’ll receive two custom moodboards each with curated images, fonts, color ideas, and design inspiration. These help us define the creative tone for your brand before we dive into design.

How many logo concepts will I see? Can I give feedback? You’ll receive 2–3 initial logo concepts (digital or sketched). You’ll choose your favorite and share feedback, and I’ll refine it into your final logo suite.

Can we use some of my existing brand assets? Of course! If you already have a logo, color palette, or font you’d like to keep or refine, I’ll incorporate them into your new identity system for a seamless update.

What do “brand elements” include? These are the visuals that add depth to your brand things like patterns, icons, or graphic accents. You’ll get up to 5 custom elements included in your package, with the option to add more if needed.

What file formats will I receive? You’ll get final files in AI or EPS (vector), PNG (transparent), and JPEG, ready for both print and digital use.

How do revisions work? Each deliverable marked includes Unlimited rounds of revisions.

How can I prepare for our first session? Have a sense of your vision, goals, and audience and any visual inspiration you love. The clearer your input, the stronger and more aligned your final identity will be.
