Process

It all starts with your idea
At the beginning of the design project, I'll spend some time understanding business goals and user goals for your particular product.
I'll make sure I understand your target audience, the personas and their user story.
We'll also do competitive research on existing products and how they're implemented.

Requirement Definition
After we understand what this product needs to achieve, we'll capture requirements in an organized way so that no feature gets lost.

User Flow
I'll chart out the most critical user flow for your product so we're on the same page about how user would use the product under the most common circumstance.

Sketches & Wireframes
Once the flow is in place, I'll work on sketches first to start visualizing elements and layouts.
Then I'll create rough wireframes and wireframe prototypes for us to review.
These wireframes are colorless because we want to focus on the user completing the most important task with your product at this point.

Visual Design
Once the wireframes are discussed and in a good place, I'll start putting in all the visual details and treatments to every screen in the flow.

    Please get in touch with me before placing an order. Discussing your idea and our UI/UX project in advance can help me understand your ideas and needs, help clarify any confusion, and reduce potential issues during the project.

    With periodic reviews, I hope we'd be on the same page throughout the design process. If there are specific aspects of the designs you're not satisfied with, please let me know and I'll try my best to edit according to your feedback. But if you still don't like the work you receive in the end, I'll refund your total order amount back to you.
