3) Strategy Development: This phase involves developing a clear product positioning statement and messaging framework that will be utilized in the GTM plan.
4) GTM Strategy Development: Using the positioning and messaging, I would then develop a GTM plan with specific tactics and actions.
5) Implementation Support: Now that the plan is complete, I would assist in executing the activities in the plan and coordinate with internal/external teams/vendors to ensure effective implementation.
6) Optimization: I would evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and optimize for better results as needed
7) Finalization: Once the launch plan is completed, I would then provide a final report on my findings, results, and recommendations for future improvements.
